Upon arrival, the staff graciously upgraded us to a private room, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. One of the standout moments was when I realized I had forgotten some belongings; their promptness and efficiency in returning my items were truly commendable. the local bar provided a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond by ordering takeaway for us, ensuring we had a delightful dining experience. Finally, the hostel's idyllic location by the lake, complete with kayaking opportunities and stunning views, created a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation that I will cherish.
